Revolving loan funds provide below market rate loans that make projects more affordable and feasible.  These funds are a permanent and perpetual source of funding for projects with specific designs for meeting a community need.  “Seed Money” from federal and state sources capitalize the funds and the repayment of loans means that funds will be recycled into new loans and available as a sustainable source of financing. 

Currently, VRA serves as the financial administrator for four revolving loan funds in collaboration with state agency partners.
